Belgian Chocolate Workshop
We run regular chocolate making workshops almost every day for everyone! We also organize private workshops in our venue (or yours) for groups, events, team buildings etc...
Our daily workshop lasts about 2.5-hours; we make everything from scratch and no previous cooking experience is needed. Each participant makes over 30 chocolates by herself/himself of two types: mendiants & pralines. Scroll down to know more about the Classic Chocolate Workshop

Become a real Belgian chocolate maker in about 2 and a half hours!
We provide you everything you need: cookware, ingredients & recipes. With assistance from start to end you don't need any previous cooking experience to attend the chocolate workshop. Kids accompanied by adults are welcome too.
After a short introduction, we will go through the whole process, split into teams and start tempering the chocolate!
Once each team has tempered her chocolate, each participants will start crafting his own Pralines before making chocolate Ganache (the filling) from scratch!
We will also take some time to tell you more about Chocolate, the theory behing making the best Belgian chocolates and what fair trade cocoa beans mean to us.
While Pralines are cooling in the fridge, you will learn how to craft Mendiant chocolates (crispy chocolate base with dry fruits).
Not to waste any chocolate, we will end the workshop by making real Belgian hot chocolate, an amazing drink that really taste like pure liquid dark chocolate heaven!
You can either eat your own chocolates on the spot or take them home to friends and family! This workshop is organized so you understand the basics of Belgian chocolate making and you will be able to make chocolates again! Bon Appétit.

The chocolate workshop is divided into 5 parts. First we learn how to temper the chocolate, then we start working on dark chocolate pralines. While our praline base harden we prepare the filling from scratch (ganache) then create your own dark chocolate mendiants. The workshop ends with a tasting and hot chocolate making!
We only use fair trade Belgian chocolate.

The Chocolate Workshop runs (almost) every day and starts usually at 11AM on Brussels Grand Place. Don't wait any longer and reserve now a delicious moment in Brussels! We limit the number of participants to deliver quality workshops. So booking in advance is recommended. We offer flexible schedule all year long to groups
1. Click on the link below to access the booking page and pick a day. We only charge 15€ deposit per person to secure your spot. You pay the balance fee in cash at the end of the activity.
2. After booking, you receive a confirmation email with all practical info (note: we review each booking individually). The balance fee (20€/adult and 14€/child) will be due in cash at the end of the activity.
